Selecting the Service Tier for a site (Home Office, Essential, Premier)

When creating a site in Bigleaf Cloud Connect, you’ll be required to select the Bigleaf Service Tier the site is using.

These are the Service Tier options:

Essential — the site is using one Bigleaf router

Premier (High Availability) — the site is using two Bigleaf routers

Home office — the site is using one Bigleaf router

Legacy — only available to select legacy users

It’s important to know that some Service Tier options can’t be changed once they are selected for a site.

• If you select Home Office, you can't change the site to Essential or Premier. To do so, you have to delete the site and then create a new site using new routers.
• If you select Essential or Premier, you can’t change the site to Home Office. You have to delete the site and create a new one.
