Bigleaf provides one or more public IP addresses for each customer site, independent of the IP addresses assigned by your internet service provider. If you’re not the person who set up your Bigleaf service, you might not know what your public IP addresses are.
The IP addresses are included on the Configuration Details Card that you received when you set up your Bigleaf service. But if you no longer have that card or didn’t set up the service, don’t worry, you can easily find the addresses on the Bigleaf Web Dashboard.
- Log in to the Web Dashboard and click the Sites tab.
- On the Sites page, click the Configuration tab and scroll down to the LAN Networks heading.
You’ll see the gateway address, and under that, a drop-down list of one or more usable public IP addresses for that site.
Some customers will also see the LAN Routes heading under the LAN Networks section. These are routed prefixes assigned by Bigleaf to customers who choose to handle routing their assigned prefix on their own gateway. Those users configure their gateway IP address using the Routed Via field.
