- On Your own you may:
- Pay an invoice
- Apply a credit to an invoice (this box should be ticked during autopay enrollment).
- View and download PDF of invoices, credit memos and payments.
- Export and download Payment Statement (CSV or Excel).
- Export and download Invoice Detail and/or Summary (CSV or Excel).
- Update (add /delete) payment methods.
- Add a contact.
- Enroll in autopay.
- Contact accounting@bigleaf.net for assistance with the following:
- Cannot locate the Welcome Email; Bigleaf must initiate enrollment-resend invite.
- Need your Password reset.
- Need your Security Questions reset.
- Missing an Invoice, Credit Memo or Payment.
- Remove or add Contact Information.
- Remove a contact-you cannot unless you personally added it to the platform.
- Address change.
