Converting Standard Service to Edge Firewall

In order to add the Bigleaf Edge Firewall add-on to your Bigleaf services, please contact your Bigleaf sales representative or partner to review pricing and timing of changes.

Enabling the Edge Firewall feature will immediately change the IP addresses and configuration of your site, please speak with a Bigleaf support representative and review our Bigleaf Edge Firewall Quickstart guide details prior to implementation this change as the configuration items will cause impact to LAN-side connectivity.

For customers that currently use standard Bigleaf services without Edge Firewall, the following items will need to be considered and planned to transition into using the Edge Firewall.

• Public IP Address

  • For customers currently using a /30 public IP (1 usable) the change to Edge Firewall will still provide a single public IP assigned.

  • For customers currently using a /29 public IP or need more than single public IP these can be purchased and configured via 1:1 NAT process
