How are my Bigleaf IP addresses assigned?

Bigleaf will provide a public IP block for each customer site, independent of the IP addresses assigned by your internet providers. In fact, this is how our Same-IP Failover works.  When our Intelligent Load-Balancing system moves your traffic between circuits, your IP address will not change, so all your sessions will stay live without interruption.

If you happen to have your own portable block of IP addresses, we can potentially route that for you. Let us know and we'll investigate this option for you.
