Note: This documentation is intended for Bigleaf Partner Provisioning processes only.
To create a new customer site, follow these steps:
- From the main ‘Sites’ section of the Bigleaf Cloud Connect dashboard, click ‘+Provision New Site’.
- Assign new site to a company.
- To assign to an existing company: Type in existing company name or choose from drop down.
- To create a new company, select the New Company option and enter the company details.
- Note: ‘Parent’ company field will always be Bigleaf Partner company name.
- Remember - All sites MUST BE associated to a company.
- Fill in ‘Site Details’
- Site name can be changed at any time.
- Site address where device will physically be located.

- If needed, specify 'Ship-To' address if different than where the device will be physically located.

- Choose ‘Service Options’
- Service Tier
- Service Plan

- Plans vary by service tier and hardware options.
- Consult Partner Portal for pricing details.

- To complete site creation, click ‘Add site’ and follow link to ‘Go to Site Configuration’.
The site has now been created in the Bigleaf Cloud Connect Dashboard and is ready for Site Configuration.
Notes:
- See best practices for site/company creation.
- If a site is created under the incorrect company, please reach out to Bigleaf Support to assist in moving site to correct company.
