Bigleaf is committed to ensuring your online account security. We’ve added an extra level of protection to user accounts in the form of two-factor authentication, commonly referred to as 2FA. It ensures that users trying to gain access to an online account are who they say they are.
Using 2FA with your Bigleaf account is a great way to protect your account from unauthorized users.
How does it work?
To use 2FA with your Bigleaf user account, sign in to the Bigleaf Web Dashboard with your username and password. Then enter your phone number and we'll send you a six-digit verification code as an SMS message. Simply enter the verification code in the next login page and you’re in.
You can’t use 2FA on a user account shared by more than one person. Each account holder must have their own phone number.
Tip: If your phone number changes or you have any other account issues, contact Bigleaf Support for assistance.
Don’t want to use 2FA?
If you choose not to use 2FA, you can select Skip Enrollment. However, you’ll be prompted to skip it periodically when you sign in to your account. We’re hoping you’ll take advantage of this important security step.
