Description - After successfully installing a new HA site with switches, Bigleaf Cloud Connect shows one or both switches as DOWN.
Indicators of this issue - The site is online passing LAN traffic without any issues from user perspective, yet one switch or both switches show as DOWN in Cloud Connect.
Potential Causes

The cables are not connected properly. There are many cables involved when installing the Bigleaf HA service with switches, so installation mistakes can be common.
Tests and Solutions
- For problems with any newly installed HA site, always verify the cables are all connected properly. Look at the actual wiring or request pictures of it and compare it to the Premier Installation Guide.
