You can change your Wireless Connect service plan at any time to update the cellular provider or the data size for your plan. You can also delete a service plan if you no longer need it.
To change or delete a service plan, contact Bigleaf Support.
Important: Plans reset on the 24th of each month. Changes need to be made before the 15th of each month to take effect in the next billing cycle. For example, if you contact Bigleaf on May 14th to change your service plan, your change will apply on May 24th. If you contact Bigleaf after May 15th, the change will apply on June 24th.
