Wireless Connect cellular provider settings

Bigleaf Wireless Connect includes a 4G/5G device that connects to your Bigleaf router and offers an additional wireless circuit to ensure uninterrupted access and optimal performance of your cloud-based mission-critical tools and resources. The device supports both 5G and 4GLTE and has 2 SIM cards that allow for different cellular providers to be configured for use.

Wireless providers used with Wireless Connect

The 2-box external 4G/5G device is generally pre-configured with a primary cellular provider when you receive it. If you find that you aren’t getting reliable cellular service with the primary cellular provider in your area, contact Bigleaf Support to investigate alternative providers in the area. The Support team will work with you to make sure your site is getting the cellular circuit performance you need.
