Bigleaf Wireless Connect includes a Teltonika RUTM50 device that connects to your Bigleaf router and offers an additional wireless circuit to ensure uninterrupted access and optimal performance of your cloud-based mission-critical tools and resources. The device supports both 5G and 4GLTE and has 2 SIM cards that allow for different cellular providers to be configured for use.
Wireless providers used with Wireless Connect
The Teltonika device is pre-configured with T-Mobile as the primary cellular provider when you receive it. AT&T is configured as the secondary provider. If you find that you aren’t getting reliable cellular service with T-Mobile in your area, contact Bigleaf Support to activate AT&T on the device. The Support team will work with you to make sure you’re getting the cellular circuit performance you need. Do not change providers yourself using Cloud Connect.
In some cases, you may receive a Teltonika RUTX11 4G LTE device if your environment requires it. This device supports only 4G LTE and is preconfigured to use AT&T as the primary cellular provider, and Verizon as the secondary. Contact Bigleaf Support if you need to change from AT&T to Verizon on this device.
