Before inserting SIM cards into the BLR-EDGE-800W it's imperative that the device is powered down and the power cable is disconnected. The SIM slots are highly susceptible to electro static discharge (ESD). Failure to remove power will result in irreversible damage to the SIM slots. We also recommend using a ESD mat and/or an anti static wristband.
To begin, locate the panel on the right side of the BLR-EDGE-800W. The panel is secured by a small Philips screw. Remove the screw to access the SIM slots.
SIM 1 (bottom right SIM slot) installs electrical-contacts-side up.
SIM 2 (top right SIM slot) installs electrical-contacts-side up.
DO NOT use the left side SIM slots.
After securely installing the SIMs, reinstall the panel and Philips screw. Place the BLR-EDGE-800W in a location with good cellular reception, and power the device back online. If you encounter any issues please reach out to our support team.
