Note: This documentation is intended for Bigleaf Partner Provisioning processes only.
If a customer/'Child' site is no longer in use and is ready to be removed from service, the site can be deleted from the Bigleaf Cloud Connect dashboard:
- Under the Site Configuration -> General tab, scroll to bottom of page
- Click 'Delete site'
- Read warning, and to continue click 'Delete site'
- Note: This action cannot be undone, and no recovery will be possible

- Site has now been deleted from the Bigleaf Cloud Connect Dashboard
- Assigned Bigleaf router is returned to 'Parent' company
- Previously assigned Bigleaf router now listed under 'Devices' tab of 'Parent' company after site is deleted
- Reset the device following these instructions to ensure device can be redeployed to another customer/site
