Note: This documentation is intended for Bigleaf Partner Provisioning processes only.
Under your Bigleaf Partner "Parent" company (labeled as Company Type - "Reseller") there are several tabs for managing user access, device inventory, and managed/"Child" companies. This document focuses on the needs of Bigleaf Partner's, but more information can be found in the Company Settings article as well as Best Practices for Site/Company Creation.
Company Options
Company Address can be updated on this tab as well as company alert tolerance.
Managed Companies
This tab will display a list of all "Child" companies associated to the Bigleaf Partner's "Parent" company. Additional information listed:
- Company Name
- Role in Company - Based on current user's permissions
- Company Type - All "Child" companies should be labeled as "Customer"
- Created - Time/date "Child" company was created
- Sites - Number of sites associated to a specific "Child" company
- Users - Number of users associated to a specific "Child" company
- Devices - Number of Bigleaf devices/routers associated to a specific "Child" company
- Company Settings - Allows user to drill into "Child" company settings, including users and device details
Devices
This tab lists all devices that are associated with the Bigleaf Partner/"Parent" company. Additional information listed:
- Device Type - Specifies the model of Bigleaf device
- Serial Number
- Site - Will display information if this device is associated to a site. If blank, device is not associated to any site at this time
- State

- 'Active' - Device is assigned and provisioned to a site
- 'Provision' - Device is unassigned and available to be added to a site

- Config IP - Internal use only
- Status

- 'Online' - Device is online and has connection to Bigleaf services
- 'Offline' - Device is offline and has no connection to Bigleaf services

- Firmware Version - Current firmware installed on device

- Green check - The device is up-to-date
- 'Unknown' - Device firmware is unknown, ensure device is connected via a DHCP connection on AUX port to sync with Bigleaf services and update automatically
- Yellow warning - The device is not up-to-date, ensure device is connected via a DHCP connection on AUX port to sync with Bigleaf services and update automatically
- If device firmware does not automatically update after being connected to a DHCP connection on AUX port for several minutes, reach out to Bigleaf Support to troubleshoot further

Users
This tab shows all users assigned to the Bigleaf Partner/"Parent" company. User permissions assigned at the "Parent" company will apply to all "Child" companies. Additional information listed:
- User - User's name associated on the account
- Username - Login for Bigleaf Cloud Connect dashboard
- Email - Associated email address for account
- Timezone - User's timezone, can be changed in user's account options
- Role - User's role in "Parent" company, more information on roles here.
