Note: This documentation is intended for Bigleaf Partner Provisioning processes only.
If a Bigleaf router has been previously deployed to a customer site, the following steps will allow a Partner to reset and redeploy the device:
- Ensure Bigleaf router has been returned to 'Parent' company 'Devices' list by deleting the old associated site, or removing Bigleaf router from an existing site from the 'Site Configuration' > 'Devices' tab.
- Reset the Bigleaf router following these steps.
- Device should now be reset and back in 'Parent' company inventory.
- To redeploy to a new site, follow the Partner Provisioning process.
- To redeploy to an existing site, follow the RMA Process (Option 1) for Partners.
