The User Settings page shows your Bigleaf Cloud Connect account settings.
User information
This shows your current contact information and account settings.
General user information
Contact information and email format to use.
Disable alerts
If you’d like to keep the alert notification information shown on this page but not receive notifications, select Disable alerts. You may want to do this to temporarily stop receiving notifications.
12-Hour clock
Specify the time format to use. This setting will be used on all pages in Cloud Connect wherever a time measurement is used.
Early feature access
Allow Bigleaf to contact you about new and upcoming features. Stay informed about what we’re doing and have the opportunity to participate in early access programs and provide feedback.
Monthly reports
Specify whether to receive a monthly report about data usage. The report includes information about how Bigleaf impacted internet uptime, how often bandwidth was assigned to a QoS traffic class to adapt to network conditions, and the number of network issues detected and fixed.
Email notifications
This is where you set up email notifications for Bigleaf alerts. You decide how often alerts are sent based on the severity of the issue and your risk threshold.
Notification thresholds are set from 1 to 4. The lower you set the severity level, the more email notifications you’ll receive. If it seems like you’re getting too many notifications, raise the threshold level setting so you're only seeing more serious errors.
1 – Low Send a notification when the site has an issue to monitor but is typically not serious. For example, if you have only a single circuit configured, offering no redundancy if that circuit goes down.
2 – Medium Send a notification when there’s an issue that needs attention but is not critical. For example, if one of your circuits is down, you should investigate why it’s down and resolve the issue.
3 – High Send a notification when there’s a critical issue that needs immediate attention. For example, if all circuits are down except one, or if one of your High Availability routers is down.
4 – Critical Send a notification when there’s no connectivity detected, all circuits are down.
