The Sites page shows the number of companies, sites, and circuits you have access to and their current health and status. The summary information at the top of the page provides the following information:
- The number of companies you manage
- The number of sites in those companies and current health alert and status information
- The number of circuits being monitored and current health alert and status information
You can quickly see if everything is good, or if there are issues to monitor or address immediately, depending on severity.
There are two tabs below the summary information where you can get more details: Sites and Circuits.
Sites
The total number of sites you have access to, organized by alerts and status.
Note: Only those users with Super Admin credentials can add a new site or edit site information.
Current Alerts
Alerts are organized by severity:
- Low – issue to monitor but typically not serious
- Medium – issue that needs attention but is not critical
- High – critical issue that needs immediate attention
- Down – the site is down
Current Status
Status for all sites, organized by the following criteria:
- Provisioning – the site configuration has started but is not complete. It is currently in progress.
- Pending – provisioning is complete and the CPE is awaiting an internet connection.
- Disconnected – the site is down and needs immediate attention.
- Healthy – the site is up and there are no issues. If there’s an ‘Unhealthy’ status label in the table for a site, it indicates there’s some type of issue on that site.
Using the information
- Selecting the Site name opens that Site’s Overview page. You can see health and performance information and access the Site Configuration page.
- Selecting the Company name opens the Company Settings page, where you can see details about the company and its current devices, users, and alerts.
- Selecting the Issues number opens the Alerts page, showing the current alerts for that site. You can see details about what caused the alert and what you can do remediate it.
- Selecting Add new site opens a page where you can add a new site to the company.
Circuits
The total number of configured circuits for all sites, organized by the following criteria:
- Up – the circuit is up and there are no issues
- Normal – shown for circuits that are prone to latency and jitter, such as cellular and satellite circuits. Indicates that the circuit is up with minor, expected issues for circuits of this type.
- Degraded – indicates there’s some kind of issue with the circuit performance
- Down – the circuit is down
Using the information
- Selecting the Site name opens that Site’s Overview page. You can see the current health and performance information and access the Site Configuration page.
- Selecting the Company name opens the Company Settings page, where you can see details about the company and its current devices, users, and alerts.
Download the information on the page
Selecting Export as CSV creates a file that includes all of the information shown on the page.
