The Alerts page shows a consolidated view of Active and Resolved alerts. At the top of the page, the alerts are organized by severity level and the number of active alerts in the selected timeframe so you can quickly identify any that need attention. Hovering over the graphs shows more detailed information.
Time range
By default, alerts that occurred within the last hour are displayed. You can change this to use a specific date range, or choose from a list of pre-set timeframes.
Display Filters
The Filters option lets you customize the types of alerts displayed on the page.
Active
You can create custom filters to show specific types of alerts that are active and have not been resolved. Select the Filter type to use, and the Filter value. For example, you can show only High severity alerts, alerts for select sites, or alerts for select circuits. Select Apply filters.
The last five filters you created are listed in the Recent Filters list. To use one of these filters, select the plus sign next to the filter name to move it to the Active Filters list. Then select Apply filters.
Favorites
Select up to three filter types to show on the Alerts page for quick access, then select Apply filters.
To remove a favorite from the Alerts page, select Filters then select Favorites, and de-select the favorite to remove. Select Apply filters.
Using the information
For both Active and Resolved alerts, the list includes information about when an alert occurred and its severity, what triggered the alert, and what steps (if any) you can take to remediate an active issue. It also includes information about the company, site, and circuit the alert affects.
You can sort each column of information in ascending or descending order by selecting the column heading.
- Selecting the down arrownext to the Alert Start column shows details about that alert.
- Selecting the Company or Site name takes you to the Company or Site page where you can see detailed information.
- Selecting Export as CSV allows you to save the current alert information to a CSV file.
